I use the endocrinology department at this hospital. A while ago, I was given a new dosage, but for some odd reason, only half of it was sent to my pharmacy since it required two different medications. Since I was under the assumption I was supposed to take one pill every other day, I was taking half the dosage for over 6 months. Then they criticized me for their mistake. I wish Lancaster General would of not sent me to this negligent hospital. But customer service is great. The reps seem like the only that care about you.
