I had a really bad situation, but Paramount reached out to me and made the wrong right. They truly do care about helping people any way they can. They listened to all my concerns, helped me with all my questions, and put me in a new car when NO ONE ELSE WOULD! So thank you to Erick, or The Clutch Man , for helping me and giving me a chance to improve my situation. Thank you to Evan, the Finance Manager, for being real with me about how the procedure works and for giving me advice for the future. Most of all, thank you ALEX HUFF!! I know we were a pain, but you catered to all my difficult needs and really did a fantastic job. They stayed late, had all the detailed background on the cars I looked at, and cared about my safety just as much as I do. I will DEFINITELY be back for a new Kia when I m done with this one. Thank you Paramount Kia for giving me the best Christmas present, a dependable vehicle.
