I ve been a regular customer for several months. While I give high marks for the quality and taste of their food, their customer service needs some work. Be prepared to deal with a superior attitude when interacting with the early morning staff. I m not asking for for friendliness, just stop mocking at them. If you don t understand my order, politely clarify. I order the same thing all the time. Its a shame that the customer service is dragging down my opinion of Satura because I think they have good baked goods.
Be prepared for major attitude by some of the staff members.
