We love Luda, when she came out to explain the process to us for wind damage made to our roof she made the whole process nice and easy. Unfortunately the insurance company didn t agree and even though it should ve been covered it wasn t. Our roof was completed Columbus Day weekend and we are still waiting for State Farm to pay it off. Luda has worked tirelessly with us and the insurance company to get them to over turn their decision. She has sent multiple emails, conference with too many calls, and has inquired on her own for months trying to get this settled. The previous review of this employee is totally false and ridiculous. Thank you Luda for your amazing service, I hope your company knows what an amazing person you are.
