I am really surprised by the negative feedback. I have used Home Appliance Guard for a number of years. I have never had any issue with Customer Service, they have always been prompt and helpful.

Recently, the HDMI on our TV failed and the engineer was out within a week, but the cost of repair was to much. So I was offered a replacement or the cash. I looked at the replacement on line and agreed that it was fine. it was delivered in a couple of days.

We have our Hotpoint Washing Machine with them too. That has been rebuilt so many times over the last 10 years. It has been real value for money having the insurance. A couple of weeks ago the motor packed in. The engineer was out the next day. Although he could not fix it he arranged a new motor and it was running again within the week.

I can't fault them or Home Appliance Guard. Never a problem, always happy to help. Having been a manager with Tesco, I am happy to complain about anything that I am not happy with.
