I was pleased with my experience at Baystate Ford. The salesman at that time was great but he has since left Baystate Ford. Anyways I had some problems with your Quick Lane people when it came to my oil changes. The first 3 times I had to tell the service people I wanted the FULL synthetic oil in stead of the Synthetic blend. In fact a couple of times they had to take my car back in and change the oil from the blend to the full synthetic after they told me was car was ready. Though it seems like they finally got it right. At least they tell me they did which I will never know. For all I know they are putting the synthetic blend in and not the full synthetic oil and changing me for the full synthetic. They tried another time to say they did a tire rotation and changed me for that. I went home and noticed they did do the tire rotation because the week I went to have my oil changed I put a small scratch on the right and it was still on the right front and I had to bring my car back and ask to have the tires rotated. If Baystate Ford wants to keep customers then have Quick Lane pay more attention to the customers and not do what they want. Thank you for you're time and concern in this matter.
