2. Nurses in pre-op and post-op were professional and pleasant.
3. My surgeon and anesthesiologist were both terrific.
4. My only productive feedback is the confusion as to when my previously arranged ride home was to pick me up. Asking someone to take time away from work to give me this important help is always a challenge as all my friends have full time jobs plus full time lives with their family and this is quite an imposition. This isn t the first time whereby my ride home was a challenge and it was made more complicated due to friends who don t work happened to all be out of town. I m single, live alone, so perhaps I m an unusual situation however this same challenge has been a problem in the past causing me a lot of stress. Even if my ride is all arranged without any expected problems issues can arise interrupting one s ride home. I don t know the answer however I do know this issue has been my biggest issue with any hospital stay whether just day surgery or a longer hospital stay. I end up extraordinarily stressed and always feel just awful about the entire experience though the health results are always fine.
Please do not take this as a complaint about your medical providers, it s my issue and I can t express how stressful and awful it is for me.
