Two days ago I went in emergency room in North Yor...

Two days ago I went in emergency room in North York hospital to take an assessment for COVID-19 .i tried to asked a lady in reception section to guide me but unfortunately because of her rude attitude I changed my mind .Very disappointing I just immediately left the place without mentioning a word.
