The location was great and central. The housekeeping staff are fantastic and very friendly. However, that s all... the room was nice but the bed was uncomfortable and was right next to the main air conditioning unit so was noisy all day and night... got very little sleep. The front desk staff were not friendly at all and the male desk staff seemed only interested in helping female guests, or were too busy talking amongst themselves. Wouldn t recommend this place. Have stayed in much better places in New York.
