Came into the southbank store today to get a wheel security nut removed (hasn't been touched since I purchased the car), I went to the Kingsway location before this after calling them this morning and asking if they have the part I drove an hour to city , had to wait in reception for 30 mins only to be told that they don't have it . Was then then told to drive to southbank Bmw because they have the master set. Arrived at BMW southbank was told by Linda at reception that there is 2 hour wait to get 4 bolts of which should take a minute each . Not once was I told I had to book an appointment even though I called in the morning . Then Vince from service said it could take an hour ($270) to remove 4 bolts and accused me of using an impact gun on the wheel nut, when he didn't bother the whole story of the situation.
