I have a newly purchased used focus 14. My tire blew thanks to a nail and my warranty company wasn't the easiest to deal with. I'm so glad a co-worker referred me to Nalley, because it was such a great experience. I worked mostly with Rick, who helped with my warranty situation, but everyone there has such a great attitude and was willing to do whatever to ensure an excellent experience. I particularly hate getting anything done on my car but Rick and the other members of the service team patiently answered every question I had or made sure my wait was as comfy as possible. They smiled, were very personable, and made me feel like I was getting the absolute best for my money. I will definitely be a regular visitor at this dealorship.
