Called Nalley to check on a recall on my son's For...

Called Nalley to check on a recall on my son's Ford Focus and made an appointment because he needed to drive the car to California for military assignment. I made an appointment for Wednesday morning after Christmas. I spoke to Chris the service manager on the phone about the recall and the reason for our appointment. He provided details about the recall and said it would take about 1.5 to 2 hours to make the repair. My son arrived for his appointment the next morning to be told that Ford doesn't even have parts to fix the recall yet and we would be notified when parts were in stock. We live about an hour from Sandy Springs. Poor service, poor communication, and a waste of our time. Not to mention the danger involved in driving a car 2000 miles that might stall on the interstate. Nice job, Nalley and Ford.
