Worst customer service. I returned my book in May and in July they charged my credit card for $50. I send them an email and they tell me I need a tracking number to locate the book. I used the prepaid mailer they sent me. Why would I have the tracking number and why wouldn't they have it on file? Why would it take them 2 months to do anything and why wouldn't they get in contact with me first??

I had to search down the exact day when I dropped my book off at the post office. Turns out, they had the book in their warehouse THE ENTIRE TIME. No apology whatsoever from them. And they want me to give them my credit card information over the phone to issue me a refund. This has been the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Find your books elsewhere or you will likely have a huge headache on your hands.
