Rooms : 5/5, cleanliness and amaenities inside the room was top notch.
Service : 3/5, room service lagged behind with repeated calls to the reception area for the same stuff. For example, ice bucket was asked for 4-5 times and then the 5th time the guy at the reception informed that it was chargeable. We were ok with it. This cudve been informed during the first call itself. More often then not we saw the the staff was very friendly however with great courteousness but they lacked the street smartness of finding out how to go about finding out a solution if thrown into new situations. For example, we lost the smart card of room. This was informed and yet the same wasnt taken care during check out where we again had to repeat the same and spend a little extra time while checking out. Another example being at the restaurant, we were waiting for quite a while before we were informed that the time of lunch is over and the second half of order of a particular dish cannot be fulfilled. However, another waiter had taken the order and hadnt informed. Yes. The lunch time is till 3:30pm.
Parking : 4/5, the valet service is not available after 10pm.
