Customer service was very poor, once I submit the review it takes 2 days to hear from the owner. He was very anxious about the review rather than admitting poor customer service. He was offering free key fob if I erased the review. When I mentioned that I was in middle of my work at 9am,and I will take care of the review, he was insisting and giving me few hours with a threatening tone of voice that he will cancel my membership. After finishing my work i find a text from him at 12.30 that he decided to cancel my membership. This is how they doing the business. Once again dissatisfied with the customer service.
