I had put 5 starts feed backs before because always staff and meals were excellent. But last Tuesday evening I had a bad experience. I had a seniors meal I asked for my dessert twice, and nothing happened, I saw a man (staff looked like a manager) with a shirt and name ( I wish I wrote it down :( ) and asked him a 3rd time and told him I had been waiting. He came back to me and said they were getting it ready. Another 10m passed and I see a lady delivering 2 dessert to another table ( customers that arrived when I was having my meal) I stand up trying to find another staff ..told her it was the 4th time I was asking for my dessert, this time not in a good mood. I ordered my meal by 5.35pm and I left the tavern by 7.05 without having my dessert. I am not going to give up on my 1st bad experience but if it happens again tonight I will certainly hit the roof!!!
