Being a first time buyer I had no idea what to expect. When I first got in touch with Southern I was directed to a model home to speak with a representative. I was greeted by an angel. Ashli Smith has held me and my husbands hand the entire way through this process. Oftentimes she ll contact me and ask to see how I am, always reassuring us that she s there every step of the way. The relationship she has created with us through her customer service will forever be unmatched and if I had to do it all again we ll definitely demand Ashli s assistance. We re very pleased to be Southern.
