Ironic, from this company s Amazon page. We believe honor is more than just a word . And absolute fairness should you wish to return your purchase.
Nothing could be further from the truth. I ordered a pair of boots from them on Amazon I realized right away this was the wrong model, I need the safety toe version. All I wanted was a simple exchange. I notified them right away. I was told it was to late even though they confirmed the boots had not yet shipped. I was told I should reject the shipment once received and place a new order, I was told my refund would be processed once returned. I did and after placing the new order i received this from the seller

I have received a feed from our Manufacturers Returns Team, the refused item still needs to be checked and once done, it will undergo on the Manufacturers Return Procedures. It will take weeks before they can issue the credit and you will be notified as well. We greatly hope for your patience and understanding. Thank you very much.

Weeks to process a refund on what should have been a simple exchange. I was not happy and after beginning the charge back process with my credit card company miraculously today they were able to issue a refund. Of course minus a $12.00 mystery fee for the privilege of doing business with this company. I had the choice of buying from the Amazon fulfillment center, no fee return or exchange. Bought directly from Wolverine no fee returns or exchange and great customer service. Instead I choose Amazon for ease and thought I was helping the little guy by choosing Outdoor Equipped. I thought I was dealing with an honorable infantry veteran just trying to feed his family with fairness in the return process. Mike the owner would not even return my call.
