The hotel is good, not very clean, and well locate...

The hotel is good, not very clean, and well located, however the attendance before, during and after the accommodation is lousy! Staff poorly prepared, rude and check in and check out very time consuming. Lack of commitment to the client. After the lodging, it took more than a month to send the electronic invoice, after insistent calls and emails.
