I am a community owner/operator and I work with Andrew Cradic and Shannon Hale at 21st Mortgage on a regular basis. They have been terrific since the beginning. Shannon regularly checks in to find out how our sales are going and to see if I need any assistance with anything. Andrew is very helpful processing customer s loan applications and making sure the buying process is seamless for me and the customer. It s a good team over there and I highly recommend 21st Mortgage Corp to anyone looking to finance their new or pre-owned manufactured home or any operators out there who want to fill their community with brand new homes for very little to no money out of pocket.
