We were long-time customers, but we won't be going back. We purchased several furniture pieces Mid-January, and here we are almost 3 months later, still waiting on items that were "backordered". Such poor customer service and shady salesmanship. Of course at purchase, they promised a month tops for a sectional and dining table and informed us our recliner would be ready by March, but someone would stay in contact about delivery. NO ONE had reached out to us outside of my husband I both calling repeatedly to get answers. They also omited the part about an extra fee to "split delivery" despite the salesman stating otherwise about our delivery options, since the recliner would take time. The communication is just so poor: it's downright unprofessional, dishonest, and misleading. We were tempted to just cancel our order, but then there's a 30% restocking fee....but wait; how do you restock items on backorder??? What a joke.
