I ordered an engine from Factory Authorized Outlet. When the engine arrived, it had been damaged during shipment. I elected to return it according to FAC's return policy. They asked for pictures of the damage which I provided. They reviewed them and told me to return it via their shipper. I complied, and they in return did their due diligence. I received a full refund which has been posted to my account. I am pleased to recommend Factory Authorized Outlet as a company you can trust to follow through on their policies. As an online shopper, that speaks volumes to me. I would not hesitate to buy from Factory Authorized Outlet again.
