The Staff are friendly and helpful but their whole system is exhausting and frustrating I called to put my debts into 1 easy payment and 2 months on I have had no payments to creditors and constant questions about my financial situation which I already answered if I could have got a consolidation loan it would have been much easier. They wouldn't even let us do our debts as a couple which was ridiculous I could have gone to my budget instead.
