i am am old customer having both 2 x valente and 2 x vito vans here.

i called to enquire about an E class All terrain , got put trough a Matt guy who just couldnt be less interested in my query and never rang me back to organise a test drive and purchase. but bad service is standard on merc dealership in wa also diesel motor is the same.

ended up buying a E class all terrain and a v250 d from NSW. both those dealership were amaizing credit to Mercedes good network.

just leaving this review as i would have much liked to have spent my money in Perth not interstate.
