I absolutely hate salons, but this is the first one I don't dread going to. Mercedes has been doing my braids for a few months now and she is extremely professional. She's really calm, she looks one time at a picture you give her of the style you want and can replicate it with ease. My braids have stayed firm in my head and they stay in place until you remove them yourself. This is the kind of salon you can actually go to in order to relax while you're getting beautiful. There aren't a bunch of distractions or blaring music. I can't swear for anyone else, but if Mercedes does your hair, you won't be disappointed. The hairdresser I had before darn-near made my hair fall out and since I've been going to Mercedes, it's been growing back like grass. Everywhere I go people ask me who did my braids and I'm happy to pass the information on: Mercedes at Salon She!
