Lack of enthusiasm from coaches ( which I have stood and witnessed many times ) , awful communication. Very unprofessional. Only push who they feel are the best players. Kids pick up in this and suddenly don t enjoy going training anymore. It s hard to try and push your child to go somewhere when they say but they don t pass , I m always sub , we don t train just play a match and the coaches are rude. But when coaches notice a change in your child s attitude they just drop them rather than try and establish why they don t seem to be enjoying themselves like they were before.
Don t care or cater for children with certain requirements either.
