IWM has been the new HOA for approx 7mos. Anytime I had to contact Kris or Gary, they ve been totally professional and helpful.
If I have any concerns, Kris will either text me or em me within the same day.
That was unheard of with the last HOA!
I look forward to a long and prosperous working relationship!
