Having a contract with just dial since a few years...

Having a contract with just dial since a few years.. The after sales service is very poor to non existing. Their people keep on calling us 4-5 months before contract expert everyday and harass us. In the previous contract which was signed for one year, they say now it is only for 300 days and are again demanding more money to renew the contract... The tale goes on and on... They are just pathetic and their sales people are disgusting...
