Optimistically nice. This hotel has super nice staff every time I visit, and the lobby of the space would give it a 5-star rating, however, it's when I get to the room I have to lose a star. On my most recent trip, all of the drains were plugged, which made for a disturbing shower. It wasn't until morning (when I saw water still in my tub and sink) that I realized everything was plugged. The shower was also spraying partly on the wall it was I stalled on and even though I had the curtain drawn the floor outside the tub very wet from the puddle that formed.
