I had kitchen damage from a leak. My original submission for the floor portion was paid with a difficult to understand explanation. I called and was put in touch with Mandi Arserio . I won't say I totally understood the explanation, but Mandy walked me through my next submission which cleared up the mystery. I have had a significant amount of assistance from Mandi through this process. In the end I was totally satisfied with the processing of my claim. I had people telling me I should hire an independent adjuster, which would have cost me 20% of my claim. Mandi helped me recover all my expenses minus deductible. I a very pleased with Universal and particularly Mandi. Thanks
