My most recent experience with element message prompted me to sign up for a membership. Inger was amazing!! She is a Jedi, melting away my fears and misconceptions on some techniques that ultimately eliminated long standing aches and pains. The result was the best message session I have ever had! I learned so much during my session about body repair and relaxation. Each session ends with follow up stretches that continue body repair and suggestions for other visits, which I appreciate. I gave my appointment card to the next person I saw with her name on it, I was so impressed. I can not wait for my next visit!!
