Hopeless hotel.
Let me justify.
There are only two water bottles in the room if you ask an extra they charge you,come on are we living in a dessert?
If you go as group you will be only allowed to sit in the location they order you if you ask another place you are replied rudely.
Specially the fat woman staff in the buffet section with a light green uniform is not at all suitable for hospitality business.
At the reception you have to go behind the staff to seek your room key,and specially i was with children nobody comes forward to help me with the luggages to the room.
The staff seems to come from local area and are not at all trained for hospitality business and not professional.
The room air conditioner cannot be adjusted.
The food is not at all value for money.
Being a person who is very cautious about value for money will never recommend this hotel to any friend.
