Loved this place. Its a great venue for festivals!...

Loved this place. Its a great venue for festivals! We went there for Boston fermentation festival 2019. They have both indoor and outdoor areas. There are plenty of food vendors inside. The facility has drinking water and well kept restrooms. The venue has a nice park opposite to it and plenty of parking nearby.
The only reason I give a 4 instead of a 5 is that some vendors like noodlelab are serving hot food in disposable #6 plastic which is not healthy or eco friendly. They can mandate use of compostable disposables.
