I have two orders in the past month and they both were treated in a timely manner. First one was a preorder who was dispatched one or two day after ETA. The second was dispatched 6 days after taking it and so what, items were in stock I had to wait a bit more but I am still alive and well, it was not a first necessity order vital for my well being.

We live in a unique period of time were we are all stressed. They are human being, work under a lot of pressure and do their best to deliver our orders.

We all want fast shipments but let's agree that the majority of people buying there are doing it for a personal use.

Stop harassing them on the phone and by mail for your order. If they sound rude it is probably because of all the stress they are right now.

Be kind to each other, your gaming setup can wait a few more days/weeks it won't kill you. Not respecting COVID rules can.
