Their security and ushers are a complete joke. I went to the Black Sabbath concert yesterday with my brother and father. We arrived early and I was shown my seat by the usher. During the concert 3 males approached me and said we were sitting in their seats. They continued to stand right in front of me and before I knew it I was put in a wrist lock and was told to relax. I saw it was the same usher who sat me earlier had me in the wrist lock and was asking for my ticket again. He snatched that ticket from my hand and looked yet again and saw that i was sitting in the right seat. I was upset that the usher would grab me in such a matter so I asked to speak to his supervisor. Another usher, who i assume was his supervisor approached me. I told this usher that I was grabbed really hard by her employee, but she told me to sit in my seat or I'd be asked to leave. I sat in my seat. Everybody was standing up though. Then a security guard approached me and told me if I continued to get in the way of the flow of traffic I'd be asked to leave. I was in my seat. I tried to explain to him that the usher grabbed me and hurt my wrist. I asked for some ice and a medical report. He refused. Right behind me a group of people started to smoke marijuana. I approached the usher and asked him if he could tell the people smoking weed to stop. I was told to go back to my seat. 1 hr into the concert i was standing right next to my seat and dancing like everyone else. Next thing I know a group of security officers approached me and asked to speak with me. I complied. I was told that my dancing was provoking the usher and i needed to leave. It was humiliating. I had to wait for my father and brother outside.
I've been to numerous events at the SAP center and this time is the last. Shame on them.
