I can quite honestly say the customer service I have received from this park and twin lakes customer relations regarding a complaint were I have been given inaccurate information with annual passes is disgusting!! You should be embarrassed!!will never purchase annual passes from you again!!your staff really need to go back to charm school and definitely need upskilling on their customer service skills and complaints handling!!
