I placed an order of about 30 face masks from them and while they arrived in a timely fashion. One mask out of a set of 4 was the wrong size. I contacted customer support and they admitted it was their fault, but refused to replace the mask. All they would offer me is a $8 voucher. Since you have to order 2 or 4 masks at a time which costs $20 or $25 + $10 shipping it doesn't cover the cost of the mask. When I told them I had a customer waiting on that mask in the proper size and requested they replace just the one I was told the mistake shouldn't have happened, but sometimes does and if I didn't take the $8 voucher they would only refund $6.25. This forces customers to spend more just to get the item they ordered in the first place. I am disgusted and will never use their services again. I recommend others proceed with caution.

For small business with small profit margins this can become costly fast. Not to mention I have been going back and forth with customer service for 3 days which delays my customer receiving the correct product as well.
