We couldn't be more satisfied with the work completed by the Quality 1st team. Kenny Tramutola assessed the problem, explained what was causing the water to enter the basement, and then provided a detailed solution and plan, without any sales pressure. He was extremely professional and honest. Juan Garcia led the installation team. In two days they completed the entire project. They were all courteous, professional, and their work was excellent. We were so satisfied with the results, especially after all the recent rains, that we decided to hire them again for another project in a section of the basement that we weren't planning on addressing.
