If it were the 1st or 2nd time, I wouldn't think anything of it. But after 11 years, starting when I bought the vehicle at that very dealership, I'm done with their service dept.

Bought my truck out there for an oil change the other night, as they now do "Quick Lube" instead of appointments for oil changes. They also jacked the price up. So for 59.95 I was told I get the oil changed, a car wash and the interior vacuumed. Well I guess 2/4 ain't bad! They only vacuumed the drivers seat and floor, and didn't wash the truck AT ALL! Because the truck is a light color and the sun was setting, I didn't even notice it wasn't clean on the outside till I stopped to get gas some 90 blocks away. Called out there and the service rep told me if I got back there before 9p he could give me a code and run it through the wash myself, which I reluctantly did. And by the time I finally got out of the wash, they were closed for the night, so there was nobody to properly vacuum the interior.

I called again the next day and spoke to a manager about all of this, and he only offered a half assed apology but no concessions or corrections. So I guess after 11 years and 150k miles my truck and my business doesn't matter to them anymore. So it's Jiffy Lube from here on out! I'm very sure that I won't have to vacuum and clean my own windows there!
