What a scam this company is. So if you google what ever vacation place your will be staying. Reservations.com pops up first BEWARE look to the left and it will say AD This is not your hotel page. When you call they Identifi that with the hotel you searched for but do not have any affiliations with the hotel. THATS THE SCAM FOLKS!! The DO NOT disclose that is non-refundable NOR THAT HEY ARE CHARGING YOU 100 DOLLARS IN FEES. Then in the email confirmation in BIG letters says non-refundable. I called immediately to cancel and they kept giving the the run around an BS 'my computer is rebooting or having issue and they put you on hold FOREVER While all the time they are just wainting for your debit card to process BECAUSE ONCE YOUR CARD PROCESSES YOUR ARE S.O.O.LUCK TO CANCEL. AND BY NOW YOU HAVE FIGURED OUT THAT YOU BEEN SCAM OUT OF FEES AND COMMISSIONS FOR THEM. AND WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER.... ALL THE MANAGER SAYS IS ITS TO LATE TO CANCEL BECAUS IT IS AN INHOUSE RESERVATION AT THE POINT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BEWARE, BEWARE PEOPLE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CALLING AND CHECKING WITH THE HOTEL AND VERIFY PRICES AND ASKED ARE YOU WITH A BOOKING SITE AND WILL BE COLLECTING FEES. i HOPE THIS HELPS YOU ALL!
