This is a great experience, even though the zoo is slightly old style, and many of the exhibits were closed due to the cold weather. To my surprise even the Polar Bear exhibit was closed, but I learned later it was because the Polar Bear died the week before. Every staff member we talked to was extremely kind and helpful. It was a very slow day and we practically had the zoo to ourselves. The 4D movie was excellent. We literally had the entire theater to ourselves for that! Many of the restrooms were closed, which was a bit inconvenient, but I completely understand in view of the weather and the few visitors that day.
