just for starters, the elevator was broke, the hallway to the waterpark SINKS like ROTTEN EGGS, floor 3 smelled like a dirty diaper, the doors to all the rooms on floor 3 look like they were attacked by a razor blade, definitely paint job needed! all the staff is young and look dumbfounded...disgusted for my 3rd time in 8 yrs
