I rented from them 3 years ago, and now I m pregnant with me and my family trying to get a place in Indiana, and all of a sudden I have an eviction out of nowhere. I shouldn t have an eviction, never was aware, never went to court, never received any paperwork whatsoever. Me and the property manager have been calling non stop just to get proof I don t have a balance and NOTHING. No call back, anything. If I get denied for this apartment because of their poor communication skills I m suing. I ve lived in places after them and an eviction was never brung up. I just want to move before my daughter arrives and they can t pick up the phone to answer a question that ll take 30 seconds or less so I can get approved for my place. They were TERRIBLE then and their TERRIBLE now.
