A/C went out on July 3 about midnight and Coolray had a tech at our house the next day before noon. Yep, on the July 4 holiday. I was so impressed. And our tech, Bernard, was the epitome of professionalism. He identified the problem, showed me the component that had failed, and had us up and running within about 20 minutes. And while he was there, quickly repaired another issue we had. Excellent tech, great service. I will definitely remain a Coolray customer. Please pass on our compliments to Bernard!
