My issues with Adorama used department is the fact that I got 2 lenses in a row the Sony Sal2470za, and the Sony sal70200g2. They we re not functioning as expected in the listing. No effort was made to keep as a customer. Then to have customer service lied to me twice about how soon my replacements would go out is extremely frustrating and that completely unprofessional. I have to have my gear when expected. I have spent thousands on gear from Adorama used and have only had issues buying there used lenses. The first lens had the soom ring literally coming off the first time I used it. The second lens had 2 issues, the first issue was that it was the wrong version of the lens, and the second was the fact that it didn t even auto-focus. And now the replacement for that lens still is having unexpected trouble as it makes a squeaking noise periodically when I focus. The lens is supposed to be super sonic, meaning super quiet. Why can t they be more transparent when it comes to the condition of the items they sell. All descriptions are vague and not concerning the item at hand.

I honestly feel like Adorama is not being accountable with peoples dreams and livelihood. How does a company this big go on not taking care of the customers that are the very reason they have financial success?

My last is the fact that Adorama takes advantage of it s customers by charging full listed price when customers are trading used gear for used gear.
