My 80-year-old mother s computer had a monitor issue while under warranty. First I had to mail it at my own expense to them for repair. When I came back the issue was worse. I asked them to replace it, and they refused. Now I have to wait longer and they are supposed to try to send a technician to my mothers house. Almost 2 months without a resolution
