I went to Grayslake Ortho for my first time and it was AMAZING! Dr. Ben was very sweet and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and fully explained to me my options and what would work best for me. Brenda, the assistant, was very sweet as well. She was nice and funny! She helped to show me the best ways to put in and take off my trays when I first received them. Even when one of my attachments fell off the staff and Dr. Ben were soon to fit me in right away to get it all fixed for me! I can truly say that my experience there has been so great. Dr. Ben is truly amazing and so is the whole staff there! They have been so nice and super respectful. I can't wait to see my final results! :)
