Easy to schedule, easy arrival process, and a great waiting area. The service advisor team (and it is a team -- from the greeters, to the advisors themselves, even the tire specialists) have proven to be trustworthy, from my perspective, and looking out for my considerations (a safe, smooth-running vehicle) without trying to soak me for every little thing. In another state, I used to take my wife's Infiniti to a Nissan dealership for service because the Infiniti dealerships in my area were NOT trustworthy, and did NOT have my best interests at heart. But Austin Infiniti? An entirely different story -- I'll be coming here for all of my Infiniti service needs from here on out.

Update: Just spent a pretty penny on the 90,000 mile service (the "full" version), some brake work, and some other maintenance items. Got a loaner with no muss and no fuss, the service counselor fella gave me a text with a page where I could go and "approve" or "defer" each of the maintenance items associated with the 90,000 service / inspection, and the overall estimate ended up being less than the final bill. And to top it off, I got stuck in traffic trying to return the loaner / pick up my car, and thought for sure I'd be stuck driving all the way back to Dripping Springs without my car, but one of the service counselors (I didn't catch his name!) got me hooked up, and even managed to catch Rhonda (the Service Desk Queen) to get me cashed out. I can't find a single thing wrong with these folks.
