Horrible Management company! The staff at their Chastain Heights Apartments location are very racist and my situation will probably end up in court. Don't let the new lonesome black dude fool you.
They are also a bunch of pathological liars, who cannot be trusted. They will say one thing and do another, then deny their actions. Thank goodness for paper-trails!
Corporate (Worthing Companies) is not much better either, and tend to be unresponsive.
Not to mention constant car break-ins, weed smelling hallways and noisy pool parties reminiscent of a frat house.
Stay away from their properties.
