Had a viewing appointment scheduled. Made a 3 hour drive from Kelowna, only to be notified 2 hours before that the apartment was already rented. Im assuming they were well aware the apartment was already rented well before our viewing time. Complete waste of time, and completely disorganized. I'll count this as a blessing in disguise because if this was my first impression I can only imagine the nightmare of having a years lease with them.
